Hla Hla Yee, M.D. received her medical degree from the institute of Medicine 1 in Yangon, Myanmar, She holds a Master of Public Health degree from the Mahidol University In Bangkok, Thailand. She completed her internship and residency training in General Psychiatry at the King /Drew Medical Center. Dr. Yee continued her two years fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Harbor/UCLA Medical Center. She is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in General Psychiatry.

Dr. Yee joined Mountain View Behavioral Health after working many years in the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. She has treated school aged children and patients in the CalWORKs program.
